I decided to register as a Childminder following a conversation with a friend who’s current Childminder was giving up. This gave me the opportunity to go a head and do something I had been thinking about for a long time. My retail employer at the time was making it very hard to maintain a good work/life balance which made me more determined to follow my heart…

Our house, like many others with children, is a busy one. My Husband Simon works an evening shift and is therefore at home during the day. We have 3 children Jay (born1999) Ruby (born2002) and Bo (born2005) and a Border Collie named Arnie. We are all one big happy family and that includes any child attending our household. Our aim is for the children to have fun, within a warm, safe and secure environment, in which all children are treated equally and with total respect.

Hours available Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm (open to discussion but not for overnight care)

Age from 12 months to 8 years

Cost £3.00 per child per hour (reduced rate for siblings being minded simultaneously)
