About
I am a Registered Network Childminder who is a member of National Childminding Association (NCMA) and Devon Childminding Association (NCMA) and have policies in place to protect the welfare of all children including Health & Safety, Child Protection, Special Educational Needs, and Equal Opportunities etc. I operate a no smacking, no smoking policy. I regularly undertake training to update existing skills and among others these include First Aid and NVQ3 in Early Years Care & Education.
I am able to care for:
- 6 children under the age of 8yrs
- 3 may be under 5 yrs and of this number
- 2 may be under 1yr.
I also care for children over the age of 8yrs and enjoy working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
I offer a warm and friendly environment where a child will have access to a range of age related activities, both indoors and out, where they will be able to develop their independence, confidence and imagination with a wide range of toys and books which they can select themselves. I like to encourage parent’s involvement in all aspects of childcare in order to provide a service best matched to your child.
