I have a large, sunny house in the 'Avenues', 2 mins walk from seafront. Large playroom and very large garden. Weekly trips to Bicton, Crealy Park, picnics on the beach, World of Country Life. Own pony for rides etc. Annual Christmas party with 'professional' entertainer. School pick ups from Withycombe Raleigh and Sunshine Nursery. Registered Childminder for 8 years. Non-smoking.
